So I'm finally using screentone packs for comics now, but I need something to practice on. Anybody got some interesting OC Tournaments going on? Preferably ones that allow artist-writer teams, as I may be teaming up with a friend. We're planning a comic together but I suggested an OCT may serve as a nice break from it.

*fails at finding stuff on DA*

By the way, the lack of submissions on here is because I've been mostly posting on MangaBullet, so don't think I'm dead or anything. ;D

I've joined MangaBullet.com in hopes of entering the MB Fantasia club thing [which I plan on entering tomorrow~] and discovered in the process their commissioning system. My prices now are as follows and I will now be taking commissions there. My screen name is...you guessed it, "Ekqo".

OMG. So much to do! D: My To-Do list keeps growing, bleerghh. My goal is to get it all done by September, so I can start working on personal artwork again. Not to mention a certain picture I owe a certain someone that I reeeeeeeallly wanna make rock. ;D I've officially stopped selling fullbodies and backgrounds on Gaia. Cutting back on slots, I've left Cosplay Cafe, and I'm only doing ONE auction that will run until the end of September. I'm ready to open my Mini Shop, but the person creating my thread layout hasn't finished yet. It's gonna be called "Wind Chimes".

Ever Changing Beats shop is slowly taking a nap for a while...all of our artists are going on hiatus or are still on vacation, so we won't move to a new [bigger] thread until our artists come back. Our new theme will be "Superheroes and Villains". : D So, you can look forward to me bishiefying Captain Planet.


IRL Commissions are still open. I'm determined to get at least one IRL order this summer. =w= Sketches will now just be "Request for Estimate" type order. I see no point in displaying them when I can't sell a CG pic.

On other news...a commission I did for one of my mom's coworkers have gone wrong. I doubt I'll ever draw for the lady in the future. She took the picture I drew, and turned it from a light-humored picture into a badly gorified picture. She apparently used...*dramatic pause* clipart. On my picture. That she paid me to draw. It was a comical piece for another man at work that was to tease him about something he did at work, so I made it humorous, but in good jest, right? The lady changed the concept of the picture and made it become borderline meanness. =__= And did it badly, according to my mom. I haven't seen it myself, but she better hope I don't.

So yeah, you may have noticed a few extra pixel dolls popping up. It's cuz I'm slashing my art slots on Gaia to make way for more IRL commissions. : D You are no longer able to simply buy a CG Fullbody from me, and backgrounds there. They're set to bribe but I'll probably still reject them.

Pixels though? I'm gonna open a Mini Shop to sell customizable fairies and pixel dolls soon. Still making gold, still drawing [sorta], and they're fun. : D Can't believe I've never really looked at them before but Mini Shops are really great.
